These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from Citahost Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or buying a service you confirm you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Citahost Ltd (“Citahost”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17253044, with its registered office at Office 19243, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. By purchasing a service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, reseller hosting, email hosting, SSL certificates, a website builder, and related services. Specific service descriptions and limits are listed on the product pages and at checkout.
3. Account & billing
You must provide accurate information at sign-up. Services are billed annually in advance in GBP through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Renewal reminders are sent at least 14 days before renewal; we do not auto-renew without notice.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of our services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Material violations may result in suspension without refund.
5. Refunds
Hosting services include a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for full terms. SSL certificates are non-refundable because the cost is incurred at the Certificate Authority at the moment of purchase.
6. Service levels
We aim for 99.9% uptime and monitor platform availability on an ongoing basis. We do not currently offer a formal Service Level Agreement with automatic service credits. If you experience repeated outages, contact support@citahost.com and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.
7. Data & privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are a UK data controller and comply with UK GDPR.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, goodwill, or data not within our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales.
